ATS believes that the LANDLORD NEEDS TO KNOW. You want to know who is affecting and managing your investment as a possible tenant. By following the Housing Criteria for Applicants and ensuring that the application is completed correctly, you will have a clear picture of who will be renting your property.
Our years of experience in Property Management & Application Processing will save you time and money by letting us do the work for you. The ATS team has resources and information that we have gathered over the years to verify and confirm your possible tenant. We are the oldest processing service in town.
By filling out a Membership Sign Up Form and paying your yearly fee of $35, we will be here to help you with forms, information, and consultation to ease your mind. We then will set up your account to your specific needs and be able to begin right away.
After the application is completed by the tenant, fill in your information at the top of Page 1 and be sure to have your signature at the bottom of Page 2 of the application. As soon as payment has been received, we give you a 48 hours turn around.
We give a recommendation on information gathered, but you have the right to accept or deny the tenant. We call you with our findings and will send you a written out report. We have provided a form for the Denied Applicant that must be sent within 30 days. IT IS THE LAW. We also do all the explaining to the denied applicant. We gathered the information and will explain our findings and go over their credit reports with them since they paid for the privilege.
